Impact Parenting Classes - Terms and Conditions

We are excited to partner with you on your parenting journey and are committed to helping you build a strong, supportive family. By registering for and attending the Impact Parenting Classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration and Payment

   • To participate in the classes, you must complete the registration process and submit the necessary payment (if applicable).

   • Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment or scholarship approval.

2. Class Materials

   • Participants are encouraged, but not required to purchase the recommended book for the course, which is essential to fully engage in the curriculum.

3. Online Access

   • Upon registration, you will receive a link to access the online classes. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment and internet connection to participate.

   • The online platform and materials should only be accessed by registered participants. Sharing login details is prohibited.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

   • Refunds may be requested within 7 days of registration, provided no classes have been attended or materials accessed. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

   • If you are unable to attend a class due to unforeseen circumstances, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to discuss alternative arrangements.

5. Scholarships

   • Scholarships may be available for those who demonstrate financial need. To apply, please contact Rachel at rachel@seedsofimpact.org with an explanation of your situation.

   • Scholarships are granted based on availability and are at the discretion of the program administrators.

6. Behavior and Participation

   • We expect all participants to engage respectfully and thoughtfully during the classes. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the class without a refund.

   • Participants are encouraged to actively participate, ask questions, and engage with fellow parents.

7. Confidentiality

   • Any personal information shared within the class, including sensitive family matters, should remain confidential. Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others.

8. Intellectual Property

   • All course materials, including the curriculum, book, and digital content, are the property of Seeds of Impact. Participants are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal, educational purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

   • Seeds of Impact is not liable for any personal injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in the class. By attending the class, you agree to assume all risks associated with participation.

10. Changes to the Program

• Seeds of Impact reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of the class, including dates, content, and instructors, as needed. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly.
