Helping Moms Break Generational Cycles.

Moms in recovery are learning healthy parenting principles that create stability, connection, and generational change.

Many of the moms we serve are navigating recovery while rebuilding fractured relationships and, in some cases, working toward reunification. Healthy parenting was never modeled. Without intervention, instability repeats.

When Trauma Shapes Motherhood, Cycles Continue.

But change is possible.

The Journey

Seeds of Impact provides structured parenting classes and ongoing support designed specifically for moms in recovery. Each stage of the journey builds on the one before it — moving from awareness to restoration to long-term growth.

  • UPROOT the Past

In this structured class, moms identify harmful patterns and beliefs shaped by trauma. They build awareness, emotional regulation tools, and a foundation for healthy parenting.

  • REPLANT the Present

Through weekly classes, moms learn and practice practical parenting principles —communication, boundaries, discipline, and connection—replacing chaos with stability.

  • RESTORE the Future

This class supports moms who are rebuilding trust with their children and navigating the reunification process. They gain tools to repair relationships, establish consistency, and create a stable home environment.

  • BLOOM Where you are planted

As this initiative grows, moms will continue their journey through upcoming online and in-person support groups that will extend accountability, encouragement, and real-life application of healthy parenting principles beyond graduation.

  • After graduation, moms can continue growing through online personalized coaching that provides accountability and encouragement beyond the classroom.

As this initiative expands, more moms will have access to the ongoing support that transforms recovery into restoration.

Every gift strengthens this continuum of care, funding classes, coaching, and Day 41 groups that carry moms beyond the classroom.

This book gave me some great perspective and helped me truly grasp the concept of healthy parenting.

I found the entire class extremely helpful. Everything Rachel teaches is so relatable! Parenting is a learning experience, and I appreciate learning how to respond and not react. I love the real-life examples of what she goes through as a parent.

The topics, tools, and conversations in this group have been my absolute favorite! The transparency of our instructor really allows us to open up and be transparent ourselves. There are no perfect moms - praise God, lol - but there are things we can do to be the moms God called us to be!

Every class, every book, every family represents lasting change.

And we’re just getting started.

Many Mothers Begin Parenting Without Ever Seeing Healthy Parenting Modeled.

In recovery, they are choosing to break cycles and rewrite their family’s story.

They are uprooting old patterns, replanting healthy principles, and restoring connection with their children. They are replacing chaos with stability and becoming cycle breakers, one decision at a time.

Help more moms rewrite the story for the next generation.

Our work wouldn’t be possible without the incredible support of our community partners.

These sponsors stand beside us in empowering parents in recovery, helping Seeds of Impact change lives and strengthen families every day.

Meet our Founder and Executive Director

Hi, I’m Rachel.

Seeds of Impact was born from a deep desire to walk alongside moms in recovery as they heal, rebuild, and show up for their children in new ways. I’ve seen firsthand how the right tools, consistent support, and God-given confidence can transform not just a mother’s life — but her family’s future.

It is one of the greatest privileges of my life to watch moms discover their strength, rewrite their stories, and build a legacy of hope for the next generation.

We are just getting started.
